PRE-MARITAL CONTACTS

 Are Pre-Marital Contacts Necessary?

“The notion that a man and a woman must ‘know’ each other before they decide to marry, so that they may then be able to live happily together is an illusion. Had there been any element of truth and validity in this, the divorce and separation rates in societies which practice it would not have shown a steady rise. Similarly, the marriages which take place without such pre-marital contacts would not have been known to last happily.”1

The Shariah permits the intended spouses to see each other for the purpose of selection and also permits asking and giving opinions if asked (without it being considered as gheebat under certain conditions.)

We should never resort to deceive the opposite party or conceal a defect during the selection process. Such things can have serious ramifications if exposed after marriage

The school of Ahle-Bait (A.S.) has not left us to follow our whims and fancies. We have been taught the best method of selecting a suitable spouse. The most important criterion is piety or religiousness.

SAVE YOUR NIKAAH

There will ALWAYS be someone who will be more handsome more educated, more qualified with a higher salary, more romantic, more attractive than your husband.

And there will ALWAYS be someone who will be more beautiful, sweeter, more attractive, smarter, more sweet-tongued than your wife.

And there is shaytan. The devil who is here every time, waiting for one single chance to divert your mind from your spouse and to make the above-mentioned people even more attractive than they are.

Sins are beautified and made more appealing by shaytan. They come in the most beautiful ways. And satan's most favorite task is to create problems between the wife and the husband. And what's better and easier than tempting us through our main weakness -- that is, presenting an attractive woman in front of a married man and a charismatic man in front of a married woman?

Be careful. Advice to married people esp:

- Block of the doors that can lead you to sins. For eg, if there is someone who is trying to tempt you, avoid contacting that person. You shouldn't even come close to zina.

- Run to your wife/husband and focus on their good sides. Remind yourself why you married them in the first place.

Save your marriage!

RIGHTS OF WIFE

Rights of the Wife According to Imam Sajjad (A.S.)

“It is the right of your wife that you should know that Allah has made her for you a tranquility and comfort (in worry), and a friend and shield (against sins).
And likewise, it is incumbent upon both of you to thank Allah for your partner and to know that (the spouse) is a grace of Allah upon you. And it is obligatory to have good fellowship with this grace of Allah (i.e. wife), and to respect her and be kind to her, although your rights upon her are greater and her obedience to you is final in all your likes and dislikes so long as it is not a sin. So she has the right of love and fellowship, and a place of repose (i.e. house) so that natural desires may be fulfilled, and this in itself is a great duty. And there is no strength but by Allah.” 7

A STORY 'MAHR'

When my father proposed to my mother, he dedicated Surah Al-Imran, which he memorized off heart, as her "Mahr" (dowry). And when my husband proposed to me, my father told him that he would have to memorize a Surah of the Quran as my mahr. The wedding will not go on unless I've received my mahr I was asked to pick one of the surahs. I chose Surah Al-Noor. For all the laws that Surah contained within it and for the fact that it seemed hard to memorize on my behalf.

And before our wedding day; aside of being busy preparing for our "Newly wedded Nest", the Quran wouldn't leave my husband's hand an entire month as he was memorizing the Surah.

A few day before our wedding day, my husband came to recite to my father the Surah which he had completed. My father told him every time you make a mistake, you would have to start from the beginning all over again.

My husband began reciting Surah Al-Noor with his calm/gentle voice in such a "beautiful" scene which I will never forget. My mother and I would look at one another and would smile awaiting my husband to make a mistake so he would have to start all over again and by that increase my "Reward".

But my husband - May Allah bless him - had memorized the Surah off heart and didn't even forget one single verse of it. Once he finished my father hugged him and said to him: "Today I shall marry my daughter to you, for you have fulfilled her mahr and your pledge to me.."

He didn't pay me a financial mahr, and we didn't buy gold worth tens of thousands. He sufficed me with Allah's words as an oath/ contract between us. And the Question is.... I wonder what Surah my daughter will chose as her mahr in the future?" #ShareToAware

RELEVANTS POINT OF NIKAH

Some relevant points to be noted are:

Engagement or Mangni does not qualify the future spouses to go out together, even if the parents consent. Man and woman become permissible for each other only after the performance of Nikah.

Dowry - The unislamic system of demanding and accepting dowry must be avoided at all costs. Shariah does not make any expense incumbent on the bride/bride’s parents. Even the marriage expenses, it is recommended are to be borne by the bridegroom.

However, the bride can bring whatever she wants of her free will, and it will always belong to her.

Other Unislamic Customs - Many other unislamic customs have crept into the marriage ceremony of some Muslims. These customs are either borrowed from non-Muslim cultures or continue because they are established in past generations. One must avoid them if they are against the Shariah, even if some people are displeased. Other customs like the breaking of coconut etc. also do not feature among the Islamic rituals. All actions, customs etc. which show disrespect to Islam or weaken the importance of Islam have to be avoided.

Haraam Acts - Some of the rituals in marriage ceremonies are absolutely haraam like the playing of music. It is also haraam for ladies to go for mixed gatherings without proper hijab. Such things invite divine wrath and take away the blessings of this auspicious occasion.

BARKAT OF NIKAH

  Marraige improves man life

Various studies prove that married people remain healthier, physically and mentally. Islam has always maintained that marriage is beneficial for us in many ways.

Islam also regards marriage as a way to acquire spiritual perfection.

The Prophet (S) said, “One who marries, has already guarded half of his religion, therefore he should fear Allah for the other half.” 9 How true! A person who fulfills his sexual urges lawfully would rarely be distracted in spiritual pursuits.

Marriage Enhances the Value of Prayers

The Prophet (S) said, “Two rak‘ats (cycles) prayed by a married person are better than the night-vigil and the fast of a single person.”

A woman came to the Prophet (S) and said that she had tried everything to attract her husband but in vain; he does not leave his meditation to pay any attention to her.

The Prophet (S) told her to inform her husband about the reward of sexual intercourse which he described as follows: “When a man approaches his wife, he is guarded by two angels and [at that moment in Allah’s views] he is like a warrior fighting for the cause of Allah. When he has intercourse with her, his sins fall like the leaves of the tree [in fall season]. When he performs the major ablution, he is cleansed from sins.”

Marriage increases Sustenance

The Holy Prophet (S) remarked, “Give spouses to your single ones, because Allah makes their morality better (improves it) (under the shadow of marriage) and expands their sustenance and increases their generosity (human values).”

WEDDING NIGHTS

Stop asking “How was anyone's wedding night”? Or Sex Stories, Very shamefully so it has become a norm to boast and talk about ones sex life infront of friends. Especially after the wedding night everyone gathers and asks "how was it" and brides and grooms describe it to their friends shamelessly.

In some cultures the men wait outside the bedroom till the groom tosses out his shirt or bedsheet with the blood of his bride proving she was virgin! Astaghfirullah like infinite times! Eyuuuuuuuu cringes and shudders

I remember nearly 3 sisters casually dropped the information of their sex lifes infront of me before I could realise what happened and I could stop them.

Please dont do that. It is mentally scarring, unislamic and downright disgusting.

And when I did realise I told them not to tell me such things in future ever. You will most probably get a response "but I am educating you!" Tell them I will get educated through books and seerah of Prophet. Sadly many make it an ego issue or call you over sensitive if you donot listen.

No one wants to know how you did it or how many times you did.

Sex is not something animalistic in Islam.
It is a spiritual and intimate relationship. If your friends are telling you their sex stories stop them and don't be shy or embarrassed to be upfront about it.

Pleasing Allah should take precedence over pleasing people.

Subhan'Allah look at what Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about this very issue.

It was reported from Asmaa’ bint Yazeed that she was with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and men and women were sitting with him, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Would any man say what he did with his wife? Would any woman tell others what she did with her husband?” The people kept quiet and did not answer. I [Asmaa’] said: “Yes, by Allaah, O Messenger of Allaah, they (women) do that, and they (men) do that.” He said, “Do not do that. It is like a male devil meeting a female devil in the road and having intercourse with her whilst the people are watching.”

(Narrated by Abu Dawood, no. 1/339; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Adaab al-Zafaaf, p. 143).

DONT FORGET

I have seen many families running towards another family for matrimony.
Generally they run for beauty ,for  the desired Qualification and for  the well settled family.
Sometimes they get equal and same responses from the other family . Sometimes it becomes a single sided story.
Remember “When Allah wants two family to meet, Allah will move both of them, not just one.” #BePatient"
And judge your requirements , Are your requirements match with your family. If not try to find a family who is just like yours.

HUSBANDS RIGHTS

 Husband’s Rights Over his Wife

The rights of a husband over his wife are numerous. The most important among them is related to having physical relationship with her. The duty of a wife is to submit herself physically before her husband. This right of the husband i.e. of having a physical relationship with his wife, as and when he wants, is obviously a reciprocation of her feelings. In absence of her husband the duties of the wife include the protection of his rights, status, wealth and respect. She must not spend his wealth without his permission nor must she reveal his secrets. Rather she should be his closest confidante.
She must not let anybody inside the house without his permission in his absence. For, doing so would lead to a lot of misunderstandings which would have drastic repercussions on the sacred contract of marriage. She must value his ideas, plans and provisions that he has prepared for her and other family members and obey him under all circumstances. She must not disobey him come what may nor must she do any such thing which detracts him. Rather she must try her best to attract his attention towards herself by which both of them can lead a life of harmony.8
Imam Baqir (A.S.) says that once a lady inquired from the Holy Prophet (S) regarding the rights a husband enjoys over his wife. He (S) said,
“First and foremost is that she should obey him and refrain from disobedience. She must not donate anything from his house without his permission nor can she keep recommended fasts without his approval. She must NEVER deny him his physical rights nor deprive him of its pleasures. If she steps out of the house without his permission, the angels of the heaven and the earth, of wrath and mercy, curse her till she returns to her house.” 9

SUCCESSFUL NIKAH

Dear Muslims aspiring for a successful marriage, remember Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyidah Fatimah. What was the condition of their home? They lived a life of utmost simplicity. They were the definitions of sacrifice. She is the queen of paradise and he is the Lion of Allah, yet their home contained very little food and little provision. They had little wealth and did not possess much of the dunya. They spent days feeling hungry. They spent nights struggling. They spent years striving. There was no luxury kitchen. There was no expensive sofas and glamorous furniture. There was only bowing, prostrating, supplications, du'as, tears, and pure love.

Sayyiduna Ali worked tirelessly and carried water for a living to earn his own wealth. Sayyidah Fatimah would raise the children, she would grind grain and she'd bake bread. Things would get so difficult for them. They'd become extremely tired due to their struggles, yet they only increased in contentment and their love only strengthened. What is our condition? If our fridges are empty of drinks and food, we begin to fight. If our cupboards don't have enough biscuits and cereals, we get upset. If lunch and dinner is not extraordinary, we bicker. If we can't shop in Selfridges or dine in the flashiest places, we feel unhappy. Our women all call themselves queen and want the world. Guess what? She IS the queen and she only wanted the akhirah. Our men think they are brave and deserve the best of lives. Guess what? He IS the Lion of Allah, yet he never once complained of the conditions.

We have everything yet how happy are we? What is the state of our homes and how do we raise our children? They had very little of the world and they are the leaders of paradise. Look at how they were tested, yet they still raised the likes of Sayyiduna Hasan and Hussain. ุฑุถูŠ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู†ู‡ู…

DEAR SISTERS NOTE IT

Dear Sister, if a boy is interested in you that doesn’t mean that he considers you his “future wife”.
As many boys like him who don’t fear Allah, he tries always to be nice to every girl he meets. The more she encourages him and be intimate with him, the more he keeps up flirting with her and build her up with his words.
He may “like” you now, but he liked many girls before you and he will like others after you whom will be “nicer” than you.
A boy like that, will always move on in his life, trying to search for “nicer” girls, but the day he will decide to get married, he will choose an innocent pure girl who has never had a boyfriend!
Dear Sister, wake up, turn to Allah. The door of repentance is still open!
Fight temptations; teach your heart to be chaste and pure.
Don’t waste it on feelings which displease Allah. Preserve it for the only one who deserves it - your husband Insha'Allah.
Remember, “If you want to have a righteous husband than teach your heart to be righteous first”.
May Allah SWT give every brother and sister in faith a pious spouse. Ameen

Getting married is easy but the hardest thing is finding the right partner who's going to help you maintain and increase your level of Imaan and Taqwa.
If you want to get married, ask Allah for 3 things in a spouse:
1. Ya Allah please Grant me someone who will remind me of You.
2. Ya Allah please Grant me someone who will hold my hand in Jannah.
3. Ya Allah please Grant me someone who will elevate my Imaan.

Ameen Ya Rabb ...

DUTY OF HUSBAND AND WIFE

A wife’s most important duty is to contribute to as much as possible to the success of her marriage. She should be a source of comfort for her husband, a devoted supporter and adviser.

“Our Lord! Grant us wives and offspring who will be the joy and comfort of our eyes, and guide us to be models of righteousness.”

[Qu’ran 25:74]

A wife should obey her husband but this does not mean that she should be subservient to him. As Islam places upon the husband the role of head of the family, so the wife is the head of the household. Such an arrangement makes for a partnership of co-operation and a man is expected to consult his wife for her opinion on household and family matters.

An Islamic wife is expected to be faithful, to her husband and to Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Taala), and also trustworthy. A wife should make herself attractive to her husband, just as he should make an effort to look his best for her, and not deny her husband sexual relations unless she has a reason for doing so. Physical intimacy is as important as emotional intimacy.

A wife’s obedience to her husband does not mean at all costs, particularly if he goes against the teachings of the Qur’an. Also, a husband is obliged to treat his wife kindly, and if he does not do so, if he is controlling or abusive – whether physically or emotionally – it is no reflection on how good a wife you are. You have the right to protection and you should not have to suffer in silence.

REMEMBER THIS

Marriage is something that will happen when Allah Subhanahuwa ta’ala wills. So keep trying to find a righteous spouse and leave the rest to Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala. Don’t get depressed and don’t lose hope. Always remember Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala plans are better than our wishes. Marriage is not the purpose of life; it’s a mean to get closer to Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala. This is the best time to work on your relationship with Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala. As you get married your responsibilities will also get increased. So prepare yourself for that responsibility, gain Islamic knowledge, and read about the rights of husband, wife and children because when you say yes for the marriage, you have agreed that you are ready to take the responsibility. Remember this life is a test and we are all tested through different trials. It’s also a test that you have to abstain yourself from haram and be patient.

Make lots of dua and while asking Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala always say “if it’s good for me” because we don’t know what’s good for us only Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala knows. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala loves us more than our mother so His decisions are always for our own good and we have to trust Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

“But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.” (Quran 2:216)

Always remember this:

“No amount of guilt can change the past and no amount of worrying can change the future. Go easy on yourself for the outcome of all affairs is determined by the decree of Allah. If something is meant to go elsewhere, it will never come on your way, but if it is yours by destiny, from you it cannot flee.”Umar ibn al Khattab (Radi Allahu Ta’ala Anhu)

I hope it will be helpful. May Allah SWT guide us to the straight path. Ameen

LOVE AND STRUGGLE

Marriage is so much more than love and romance. It has to be.

A couple struggles together to cope when there is a miscarriage, and the loss of love, dreams, and excitement they had for that child.

A couple struggles together when the bank account is low, hospital bills from a sick child are stacking up, and more work or a higher salary is hard to come by.

A couple struggles together when one of their parents becomes ill, and after years of care, finally returns to our Lord.

A couple struggles together through the tantrums of the toddler years, and the storms of trying to keep a close hold on their kids in the teens and young adult years.

A couple struggles together when facing the loss of their home, or car, or job and how to recreate stability at a time when there seems to be none.

A couple struggles together when one spouse's iman is low, and their faith is teetering on the edge, while the other strives hard to keep them both at a safe distance away from that same sharp edge and dramatic fall.

Marriage is not just about love and romance. It's also about fulfilling this ayah:

"And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought." Quran 30:21

Love and romance are what surrounds the marriage to make ease in hard times, laughter in the midst of stress, passion at the most ironic times.

But it's depth, the meaning of love, and even romance, should be given so much more depth and value. Hollywood romance doesn't even come close to this kind of beauty.

Love is worth the struggle, and the struggle is beautiful. May Allah bless our marriages. Ameen

LOVE BEFORE NIKAH

This article is about Relationship with non mehram/Love before Marriage...

Right is Right even no one is doing it and Wrong is Wrong even if everyone is doing it.. So Haram is Haram no matter how widely accepted or practice it is...

So love before marriage is haram, Relationship with any non mehram is totally haram in Islam...

Talking, chatting with any non mehram is prohibited in Islam... No matter how much someone is important for you, or how much you both love with each other...

Without Nikah it's Haram, it's Haram. Don't please your Nafs.. The pleasure of Nafs is temporary.. But the grief, sorrows and guilt lasts forever, because we are committing Sin, because we are disobeying Allah and His rules.

Allah says in Quran: "And of everything We have created pairs".

Then why everyone is so hasty today?

Does He/She can't wait for the Halal one?

Does He/She can't for the one whom Allah has chosen already for him/her?

Do they not believe in Allah's promise that like other things He created you in pairs also..

In Quran Allah says : "And We have created you in pairs".

Is this statement is not enough for you?

Who can be the most True and accurate in His statement except Allah? Indeed No one.

Than why every man and woman is in so hurry and become involved in haram relation...

Let me clear one thing that Islam is not against liking or loving someone. Falling in love isn’t haram, it’s what you do with that love that makes it haram or halal. Islam just set some rules and created some limits, even Islam gives permission to man choose the women he likes for nikah. In Islam even women has permission to like someone and can propose him if she likes him..

We just need to understand the limits and then proceed.. And these limits are in our benefits.

If you love/like someone then first make dua and after dua do istekhara.. If after istekhara you get positive answer from Allah then do your best for marrying him/her. Insha'Allah, Allah will help you. Allah will make a way for you.

Do Nikah, Nikah is Sunnah, The Holy Prophet Sallallahu Alahi Waali Wasalam said, "Nikah is my Sunnah and one is who disobey my Sunnah does not belong to me.."

True love starts after Nikah...

Let me clear one thing more, in Islam it is not allowed that any 2 non mehram talk with each other with the hope of Nikah, that one day we will be together, so keep on contacting and talking..

No ,No it is not allowed in Islam..

Islam says if you like someone than do Nikah...

And if you are engaged, you are still non mehram for each other. You have to follow these rules...

Allah's plans are best, we have to trust in Allah... Allah does not do anything before time nor after time, He does what He wants to do at the proper and exact time..

Just wait for the right time, right moment and for the right person. Allah will make a way one day.

No need to worry about your future, just Pray + Struggle and leave it on Allah and keep calm. Leave your Haram relationship for Allah than surely Allah will give you what you want and what's best for you.

As a Muslim it is our duty to follow Allah's rules, follow Prophet's Sunnah then our life in this world and in the next world as well would be great... Insha'Allah.

If you were at wrong path then don't worry Allah's Mercy is very vast... Allah's love is greater than you could imagine... Just come back to Allah and seek His forgiveness..Indeed Allah is most Forgiving and Most Merciful.

MOTIVATIONAL STORY

They got married after a beautiful love story, and after two weeks the husband woke up to go to work. He went to the bathroom to wash his face, and in the mirror he saw his face full of drawings of different colors.

His wife was young, childish, and had an innocent heart. She scribbled on his face as he was sleeping, and she did so with a great love, that they would laugh about it in the morning.

The husband washed his face while upset, and went to the kitchen to drink the coffee which he usually does every morning. He did not find the coffee, and he became more upset, and went to her.

She smiled because she thought he would laugh at her, and say something romantic.

But he slapped her until she fell down, and yelled at her saying: “I did not marry you to play with you, I am a man and not a young child. I married you to start a family to have children, to be a man in the eyes of everyone. Do you want to live a love story of the films and those novels that you read? Wake up, these stories does not make a home, nor provide food, nor raise children. Today I will invite my friends for lunch, I want everything to be ready when I come back. Do you understand?”

He went out and saw himself as the master of the house. He left her broken, crying so hard that she could not breathe well.

She is sick and when she cries she almost breaks out. Then she hurriedly went to prepare lunch, and tears did not leave her cheeks.

The husband went and told his friend what had happened while laughing: “They think that marriage is all love and romance. This is how women should be treated, my friend, otherwise she will never learn responsibility. She will not be a good mother. She must know that marriage is not as she sees or reads about it. These are just stories to gain profits. They need to learn that marriage is not a game or a novel.”

But fortunately his friend was not like him, he did not let him to finish his conversation, he cut him saying: “What kind of a man are you? Why are you so harsh on your wife? Is this how a good husband is supposed to be? The Messenger of Allah (May Allah's Blessings and Peace be upon him) said: (Be gentle with ladies, they are like glasses.) You have to deal with them gently and be soft on them, and do not break their hearts. Blessings and Peace of Allah be upon him said: (This world is temporary joys, and the best temporary joy of this world is a righteous wife.) Beware what you mentioned a little while ago about cooking and raising the children. It is not compulsory for her, but being nice to her will make her love you more, and be passion on you, and she will do all these without you telling her. You should know that she is not your maid. Go back to your senses my friend, and repent to Allah. Go back to your wife and honor her and do not make her sad again.”

The husband felt sad and regretted what he did. He then decided to call her to tell her that he had cancelled the lunch invitation of his friends, and to prepare lunch for them alone.

The phone rang but there was no answer. He went back to the house quickly and rang the bell but no one answered. He forgot his keys in the morning, because he came out while upset. Suddenly his phone rang, it was his wife's brother. His wife called his brother when she felt she was not well, to take her to the hospital. His wife's brother said to him: “Brother, we are in the hospital.” His voice was full of sadness, which made the husband's heart almost to stop from fear, and the idea that something bad had happened to his wife. He stopped the Taxi and went to the hospital, and found all her family there. There was sadness on their faces. He thought that they would be angry at him, but it seems they did not know what had happened. He greeted them and waited for the doctor.

After several hours the doctor came out to them head down and told them: “With great sadness and sorrow, May Allah Have Mercy on her, the weakness of her heart came to us late.”

Everyone cried, especially the husband. He regretted and blamed himself. Her mother washed her and she was buried the same day. In the evening the husband returned home after taking the keys from the brother of his deceased wife.

He entered the house and found the table covered. He removed the cover and found the best delicious dishes, and saw a paper hanging on the door of the refrigerator. It was written: “My love, I am sorry because I wanted you to betray the customs and traditions of your community. I am sorry because I wanted you to get out of this stone heart of a man, and to hear from you some romantic words, and hug me and tell me that you love me. Forgive me because of my childish mind I wanted you to treat me like a child. I hope your friends will like the food, and I promise that I will never make you sad or upset again. I promise you. I love you so much.”

He looked at the table and threw the food everywhere, and sat down crying, crying and saying: “What did I do to you my love, I killed you with my cruelty, forgive me?”

These days, we dishonor a man who loves and spoils his wife. We have forgotten that, you are considered a great man if you have mercy on your wife, and it is also a Command of Allah.

Allah Says: [And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.]

Remember your wife is from yourself, when she is happy, you will live a happy life. Know that building a happy home requires, Patience, Honesty and Love!

If you don’t share this, nothing will happen to you. If you do, you just might save a marriage.

FACTORS RELATING TO NIKAH

8 Important factors that can Insha’Allah strengthen a marriage relationship in Islam!

#Good_Attitude:
Say “Alhamdulillah” for whatever Allah gives us. Accept each other completely. As our Prophet (PBHH) said, if you dislike one of his/her characteristics, you will be pleased with another.

#Help:
Our Prophet (PBUH) stressed the importance of men helping their wives. Allah tells us the importance of women being mates and helpers to their husbands. This is a real “win-win” situation. Husband and wife helping and supporting each other will result in a strong relationship.

#Trust:
They should never expose their secrets to a third person. Prophet (PBUH) said in Sahih Muslim that the most wicked among the people in the eye of Allah on the Day of judgment will be those men who divulges their wife’s secrets to others.

#Respect:
You get respect when you give respect. This is mandatory for all Muslims toward all people, how much more toward the spouse?

#Joy:
Our Prophet (PBUH) used to entertain His Wife Ayesha (R.A) and She used to play and race with Him.

#Forgiveness:
Whoever does not forgive – will not be forgiven. This comes from Allah, Himself. We must learn to forgive each others for a good spouse relationship in Islam.

#Time:
Spend time together. Go for walks. Take a bus ride. Visit a friend or someone who is ill (you get big rewards for that). Fast together on Mondays & Thursdays if you can. Make hajj – this is a great way to get a “new start” on life.

#Worship:
Our Prophet (PBUH) used to lead His Wife in Prayer, even though He lived connected to the mosque. He told us not to make our homes like grave yards. We should offer some of our Sunnah prayers at home.

Tag & Share with your friends because our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “The one who guides to something good has the reward similar to that one doing it.”

May Allah SWT bless all our marriages Ameen.

A Small Beautiful Motivational Story!

There was once a man who was madly in love with his wife even though they had been together for more than 10 years, when he was asked what it was about her that he was all praise, he said:

”Ever since we got married, to my aggravation, she never stopped asking me to perform my prayers. Year after year passed by but I did not give two hoots about what she said, but on our 10th wedding anniversary, I asked her what she wanted as her gift and she simply told that my best gift to her would be if I started to pray. I could not deny it to her this time and now as a result, I am very regular with them. She is the one who is responsible for this pleasant change in my life and I love her for it. In fact, I just cannot believe that I have wasted so many years of my life without them.”

☛ Narrated Abu Huraira (May Allah Pleased with Him) narrated that: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “A woman is married for four things, i.e.,

1. Her wealth.
2. Her family status
3. Her beauty and
4. Her religion

So you should marry the religious woman otherwise you will be a loser.”

[Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 27]

DUTY OF WOMEN
